What the Pickles are great on their own, but here are some ideas to mix it up in the kitchen with our pickles.
Gini's Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, combine Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine, olive oil, and Dijon mustard.
- Whisk or shake vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the dressing and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Drizzle the dressing over your favorite salad greens and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve your salad immediately and enjoy!
Frisky Whiskey Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Frisky Whiskey pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each jalapeño pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, filling them generously.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip each stuffed jalapeño half into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the breaded jalapeño poppers on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Pirate's Jerk Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Pirate Pickle brine
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced pickles (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Pirate Pickle brine, jerk seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the jerk chicken with sliced pickles on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
Gini's Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine (or for a spicy twist try Frisky Whiskey)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles Gin Pickle-tini pickle
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
- Sliced pickles, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Let's start by boiling those eggs! Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a gentle boil, then cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 10-12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath in a bowl. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to the ice bath and let them cool for a few minutes. This will make them easier to peel.
- Once the eggs are cool, carefully peel them and slice them in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg white halves aside on a serving platter.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are smooth and creamy.
- Add the mayonnaise, Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine, Dijon mustard, chopped Gin Pickle-tini pickles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix everything together until well combined and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Now, it's time to fill those egg whites! Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg white halves, filling them generously.
- Sprinkle a bit of paprika on top of each deviled egg for a pop of color and flavor.
- If you're feeling extra fancy, garnish each deviled egg with a slice of pickle on top.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Hoppily Pickled Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped Hoppily Picked pickles
- 1/2 cup Hoppily Pickled brine
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh dill for garnish (optional)
- Sour cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the flour to create a roux, and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken or vegetable broth, ensuring no lumps form. Add the diced potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pot.
- Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chopped Hoppily Pickled pickles and brine. Allow the soup to simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let the soup simmer gently for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh dill and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy the unique and comforting flavor of creamy pickle soup!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin (or vodka)
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine
- Pickle slice for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, and Gin Pickle-tini pickle brine.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.

- 1 shot of Frisky Whiskey pickle brine (or any of our other flavored pickle brines)
Instructions:
- Fill one shot glass with whiskey.
- Fill another shot glass with Frisky Whiskey pickle brine.
- Take the shot of whiskey and immediately follow with the shot of Frisky Whiskey pickle brine.
